Location was quiet, I got a room facing the garden. Ponte vecchio was easily accessible within a 15-minute stroll. The staff of casa sull' albero went out of their way to make my stay GREAT. One of the dining options, Covo Nord Ovest was 10 mins walk away.

just a walk down to ristorante da giovannino, where you can have lunch. the personnel of the hotel were helpful. views were exceptional.
